Coram Deo partnered with Join Together Northern Nevada, Washoe County School District, The Children’s Cabinet and The Family Resource Center to bring a Block Party to the Southeast Reno neighborhoods on a beautiful sunny fall day.

Coram Deoites came out in droves to help volunteer with setup, cleanup, serving food, face painting, serving Starbucks coffee and bringing the big attraction…a 40 foot blowup slide.

The Block Party was located at Double Diamond Elementary School and many of the surrounding families came out to enjoy the beautiful day, pick up some important safety information, get their children fingerprinted and eat some great burgers and dogs!

For the kids, the main attraction was the 40 foot inflatable slide. Many kids were overheard saying they were not hungry for a burger because they were too excited about waiting in line to be the next person to go down the big slide!

Once again Coram Deo was able to serve our community and share the Love of Jesus Christ through our actions.
