Serving our community is Cool…
This was the concensus from the 20 some leaf rakers that met at Huffacker Park in Reno on Saturday, November 17th. Coram Deo was blessed with a beautiful fall day to celebrate our 2nd annual Leaf Raking event. After splitting up into two teams, leaf rakers were sent out to rake some heavily carpeted leaf lawns.

Teaching our children about serving our community with the love of Jesus Christ is one of the most important things we can do. The leaf raking event was a family-friendly event were the whole family was encouraged to participate and boy did the kids have fun!

But the adults did not let the kids have all the fun. Serving is a great time to get to know each other and the two teams took advantage of this. Serving our community is fun and cool!
